BPI Securities Expands Services with New BPI Trade App

BPI Trade is the online stock brokerage unit of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Their newly launched revamped mobile application aims to triple the current number of users to 300,000 in the next three years.

While I have personally started online trading in 2007, a new generation of Filipino investors that’s more digitally savvy seem to thirst for some game change. And BPI Trade is starting it right on mobile – where most online users are today.

If the timing is right, I should say BPI Trade is on the positive direction.

In addition to this good news, the BPI Trade team is standing firm on their start-of-the-year stock recommendations based on solid fundamentals and yield potential, despite international “trade war” issues.

Among their top stock picks include, but is not limited to, Converge (CNVRG), Manila Water (MWC), Robinsons Commercial REIT (RCR), and Ayala Corporation (AC).

I’m just glad of this renewed development, and how much their platform has improved from way back then. Cheers to making stock investing more accessible!
