Going Beyond
As if all the features discussed above are not enough to make you consider the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED, here’s more.
Editing, Content Creation, & the ASUS Pen 2.0
Going beyond the regular office use of word processing, presentations, and online browsing, this ASUS beast is also a reliable device for editing videos, enhancing photos, and creating content.
I use the Filmora application for editing videos and PhotoScape X for editing photos. You may opt to use the device’s built-in editors as well.
The ASUS Pen 2.0 is also an added tool I have yet to get into the habit of using. So far, I think I’m enjoying it for scribbles and drawing; I will share more about this next time. Stay tuned!

NumberPad 2.0 & Keyboards
With a tap in the touchpad corner, you can toggle an intelligent ASUS NumberPad 2.0 that integrates a full-size LED-illuminated numeric keypad that’s bigger than its predecessor.
The three-finger gestures for multitasking view can also help you easily switch apps or return to the desktop.
The keyboard features an edge-to-edge keyboard layout allowing bigger keys, which my husband loves. On the other hand, I love the back-lit feature as I usually work in dim lights.
The power key also integrates a fingerprint function for more security login options.

Military Grade + Amazing Audio + Windows 10
You’d also be glad to know that the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED is military grade – meaning this laptop has been tested to meet the ultra-demanding MIL-STD-810H U.S. military standard for reliability and durability. This included power-on drop tests and operation at extremes of altitude and temperature.
We love the laptop’s excellent audio system, certified by Harman Kardon, resulting in louder volumes, richer depth, and surround effects. Complementing the rich and vivid visuals, my husband and I are very much tempted to watch our streaming movies and series here, too, something we delegate supposedly for our Smart TV.
The system also features an ASUS AI Noise-Canceling Audio, ensuring we can hear and be heard clearly in any scenario. Something very beneficial for my Zoom meetings and media online conferences.
Lastly, the Zenbook 14X OLED includes an MS Office and the Windows 10 Home out of the box and is upgradable to Windows 11 for free.
